Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JAM Platform LLC (“Jamcard”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the “App“), visit our informational website at jamcard.io (the “Website“), and interact with our associated software infrastructure (collectively, the “Services”).
Crucial Distinction: Jamcard operates exclusively as a purely technical, non-custodial mobile software interface and integration aggregator. We are not a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) or a regulated financial institution. All regulated operations including KYC/AML screening, fiat payments, and card issuance are executed entirely by independent, licensed third-party partners.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect various categories of information depending on how you interact with the Services.

Blockchain & Wallet Data |
Public cryptographic wallet addresses, connected wallet types, and public on-chain transaction metadata. We do not collect or store private keys or seed phrases. |
2. How We Use Your Information
Most commonly, we use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide Services: To operate the technical platform, authenticate users, and route your requests to independent regulated partners.
- To Improve the Services: To analyze usage trends, track technical bugs, and optimize the user interface. This includes using non-sensitive metadata with AI tools to generate informational market summaries.
- Compliance & Security: To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, abuse, DDoS attacks, and security vulnerabilities within our software infrastructure.
- Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, enforce our Terms of Service (including geoblocking restrictions), and assist third-party partners in meeting their regulatory requirements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Independent Regulated Partners: We transmit necessary data to licensed providers (e.g., KYC providers, card issuers, fiat on/off-ramps) to facilitate the financial services you request. These partners act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.
- Service Providers: We share technical data with third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and customer support providers) strictly for maintaining the Services.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that business operation.
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: As detailed in Section 4 below.
4. AML Commitment & Law Enforcement Cooperation
While Jamcard is not a regulated financial institution, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and courts.
Upon receipt of a valid, legally binding request (such as a subpoena or court order), Jamcard will fully disclose the information we legally possess and control. However, you acknowledge that our data retention is strictly limited to off-chain technical logs, account metadata, and interface usage history. Jamcard does not possess, and therefore cannot produce, sensitive KYC/AML documentation, as this is exclusively collected and retained by our independent compliance partners.
5. Blockchain Immutability & Public Data
Please note that when you use the Services to broadcast a transaction or interact with decentralized swap protocols (e.g., 1inch, XOSwap), the details of that transaction (including your public cryptographic wallet address, transaction hash, and amounts) become public, transparent, and permanently recorded on the blockchain.
Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, neither we nor any third party can alter, modify, or erase on-chain data. The privacy rights listed below apply strictly to off-chain data stored by us on our servers, and cannot be applied to public blockchain records.
6. Data Retention
We will only retain your off-chain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, security, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need to process your data, we will either delete or anonymize it.
Please note: Our regulated third-party partners may retain your KYC/AML and financial transaction data for significantly longer periods (e.g., 5–10 years) as mandated by applicable financial laws.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your off-chain personal data controlled by Jamcard:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to the blockchain immutability limitations in Section 5 and data held by independent third-party partners).
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request a temporary halt to the processing of your data.
- Right to Data Portability: Request transfer of your data to another organization.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided below. Requests regarding KYC/AML data must be directed to the respective third-party provider.
8. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data we collect, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
